If you have invented something and you are interested in taking it to market, (or working with a manufacturer to get it made, or licensing it) I highly recommend the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office website as a starting point. The USPTO Inventor and entrepreneur resources page offers free training, basic information, and lots of helpful information. Also check out the Small Business Administration for additional resources.
Beware of scammers who make big promises – do your research and look for all the free resources available before you start to spend money.
